Worth asking the founder
- Which prediction market exchanges (e.g., Kalshi, ForecastEx) does the system currently trade on, and how much volume does it facilitate?
- What specific performance milestones or timeline govern the transition from the $40–$50/hr contract to full-time permanent employment?
- Will full-time conversion include equity, trading profit-sharing bonuses, or standard quant market-rate base salary?
- Given that trading runs 24/7, what are the expected on-call rotations and nighttime emergency coverage duties for the sole engineer?
