DMtheFounder collects early engineering roles that startup founders post themselves on X. We check each post, list the real ones here, and give you the founder's direct line: their email or the post itself.
What we do
Founders often hire their first engineers by posting on X, and those posts are easy to miss. We find them every day, confirm the post is real and written by someone at the company, and list the role with the facts that matter: what they build, where, and recent funding when public records show it.
How roles are verified
Every listing links to the original post. We confirm the post exists and who wrote it, skip recruiters and agencies, and a person reviews each role before it goes live. Founders who submit roles directly are verified by a company email domain or a DM from their X account. Listings expire after 30 days unless the founder confirms they are still hiring.
Your data
When you apply, we send your details only to the founder of that company, and use your email only to follow up on that application. We don't sell or share it with anyone else. Email us any time to have your data deleted. Founders can ask us to edit or remove a listing whenever they like.
